The conversation during lunch will be focused on the work on show, but will also touch on Bausagers practice in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information about the exhibition and the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emilie Bausager has invited curator Julie Marie M\u00f8nsted from Arrange the Ants and artist Mads Juel to join the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>~<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to attend the lunch, please email us at rsvp@arthubcopenhagen.dk by Sunday 15 May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admission to the event is free, but there are a limited number of places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conversation will be conducted in Danish and the food will be vegetarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>~<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABOUT EMILIE BAUSAGER<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emilie Bausager\u2019s (b.1992) practice deals with the fluidity of history, and the impossibility of adequate representation. By employing anachronism as a reoccurring artifice in her work she creates a tension between curiosity, insight, gravity, and humour. Often rooted within landscape, constructed or not, Bausager\u2019s output takes its shape as installation comprised of elements such as stained glass, ceramics, objets trouv\u00e9, text, and prints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emilie Bausager holds a MFA from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (2019) and has recently been showing works in Augustiana Sculpture Park (Augustenborg), Sydhavn Station (Copenhagen), SOL (Nex\u00f8), Den Frie (Copenhagen), and SKAL Contemporary (Skagen).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 17 May, Art Hub once again invites you to enjoy a Free Lunch \u2013 this time in the company of artist Emilie Bausager.
