Art Hub Film Club was developed in collaboration with Adam Khalil, who curated and presented the very first edition, screening in Husets Biograf in Copenhagen.
The launch of Art Hub Film Club featured four events during the spring of 2022. Each of the four evenings programmed by Adam Khalil, who presented both his own film-based works and those by others, touching on subjects such as identity, origin, the occult, history writing etc.

ABOUT ADAM KHALIL
Adam Khalil, a member of the Ojibway tribe, is an artist whose practice attempts to subvert traditional forms of image-making through humor, relation, and transgression. Khalil is a core contributor to New Red Order and a co-founder of COUSINS Collective.
Khalil’s work has been exhibited/screened at the MoMA, Sundance Film Festival, Tate Modern, HKW, Toronto Biennial 2019 and Whitney Biennial 2019, among other institutions. Upcoming exhibitions will be held at Gasworks in London, Spike Island in Bristol, and Artists Space in NYC.
