Paz Guevara ^(DE)

Paz Guevara is a curator, researcher, and educator. She is Curator of Exhibition Practices at Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) in Berlin, and lecturer in the MA Spatial Strategies at Weisensee Kunsthochschule Berlin. She has researched on exhibition histories, analysing and confronting the violence inherited from colonial modernist exhibition models. This critical approach has shaped her curatorial practice. For instance, in the exhibitions Echos of the Brother Countries (HKW, 2024), Transition Exhibition (Brücke-Museum, Berlin, 2021), Publishing Practices (Archive, SAVVY, Berlin, 2021-22), and Parapolitics (HKW, 2017).
