Talk : Rasmus Røhling & Amy Zion

At this talk artist and former resident at Art Hub Rasmus Røhling will speak with curator Amy Zion about lying, healthcare, and his current exhibition Häagen-Dazs at C.C.C. Gallery  for which she provided the exhibition text.

They will discuss their longstanding collaboration- and cross-pollinating way of making sense of each other’s work, which began when they acted as co-curators of the exhibition Tell it to my Heart–Collected by Julie Ault along with Ault, Martin Beck, Nikola Dietrich, Jason Simon, Scott Weaver, and Danh Vo.

In 2015, Zion curated A.U.T.O.E.N.U.C.L.E.A.T.I.O.N. a solo exhibition by Røhling at Sismografo, Porto, Portugal. During Røhling’s residency at Art Hub, Zion was involved in discussions with the artist about his interests in the healthcare industry, which fed directly into this latest project.
