In this podcast episode you are invited to the opening weekend of Su Hui-Yus first exhibition in Scandinavian context: Vroom Vroom: A Total Story by Su Hui-Yu. Here, an extensive film catalogue of Su Hui-Yu unfolds alongside live spectacle, performance and filmmaking, shot in real time.

The exhibition is the latest chapter in a body of work that has already turned museums from MoCA Taipei to MAMBO Bogotá into working broadcast sets. This time, the gallery space Room Room is turned into a fully functioning TV station, staging a conversation with Scandinavian television history and the well-worn clichés of the genre, the variety show, exposing a half century of American cultural power play that still plays out on screens today.
