For the last BAR x of the year, spellchestra, the Copenhagen-based opera role-playing ensemble, presented the 2nd episode of season 1 of their series musical theatre on Halmtorvet: marketplace.
After registering a collective threat in episode 1 of the season, “at the event of regret”: The power and virus of Terminus, the divine Divider, the deity of private property, looms in the collective consciousness of the bards, threatening to destabilize their assembly. To understand and confront this force, the magicians now gather in the borderland between the public and the private, where a strong enough joke and the resulting chorus of laughter can potentially undermine power structures: on the marketplace…
