Acting as a testing ground for the creation of an urgent exchange and collaboration around water, the first transdisciplinary international meeting, SUMMIT I, was held with keynote presentations by anthropologists Andrea Ballestero and Veronica Strang amongst others. SUMMIT I was organized by Jacob Lillemose, Heidi Ballet, and Peter Holme-Jensen.
