Program

Simin Stine Ramezanali (b. 1992, Denmark/Iran/Germany) is a visual media artist and musician based in Copenhagen.

Working across installation, performance, sound, video and sculpture, Ramezanali merges sonic composition with visual narrative and explores affect, humor, and poetics as tools to approach grief, beauty, and political experience. Their work often unfolds through fragmented structures and draws on theatrical clichés and ethno-fictional strategies, while using sound, voice, and rhythm to create immersive spaces.

Ramezanali is educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2023. Alongside their visual practice, Ramezanali is an active musician (SLIM0, abji_hypersun, Spellchestra, abolish i), writer and educator.
