Erdal Bilic ^(TR/DK)

Erdal Bilici (b. 1985, Turkey) is an interdisciplinary artist with base in Copenhagen.

His practice examines the tension between material experience and representation, tracing how power, technologies and histories transform intimacy, perception and our sense of belonging in the world. Through installation, video, photography, sound and animation Bilici questions how our senses, memories and desires are shaped by media and directs attention toward collective memory.

Alongside his artistic practise, Bilici contributes to the art scene by organizing exhibitions and screenings through artist-run platforms, focusing on experimental and collaborative formats.

Erdal Bilici graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2024.
