AI in art & copyright

11 June 2024 04.00 PM - 06.00 PM
Art Hub Copenhagen Halmtorvet 27, 1700 København V

Where do the artists stand in a time when AI is rolling over the image-creating professions? Both in relation to one's own practice, where AI can be a tool in the creative process, but also when AI is trained on artistic content, which is thereby included in other people's image making? AI is a huge resource, but also the elephant in the room when it comes to e.g. copyright.

AHC and KUFA – the Artists' Union invite you to a conversation with artist Andreas Refsgaard, who works with AI in his artistic work. He has a playful approach to technology and uses it in new and creative ways in conversation with Morten Rosenmeier, who is professor of copyright and associated with the Center for Information and Innovation Law. Pernille Tranberg is a data ethics advisor and moderator.
