Summerworks is Art Hub Copenahgen’s residency program in New York, founded in partnership with the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (EFA) and the Bikuben Foundation New York.
Every July four young artists and one curator are selected by an external jury to participate in a program that includes accommodation in the Bikubenfoundation’s Academic Guest House on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and studio space at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts’ printmaking workshop in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
The residency includes a presentation of works by the artist together with artists from The Elizabeth Foundation of the Arts’ studio program. More on the presentation here.
