New Head of Communication at Art Hub

On April 1st 2021 Camilla Jensen, 43, starts work as Art Hub Copenhagen’s new Head of Communication. Camilla comes to us from her position as Head of Communication at the Glyptotek, and has previous experience at the press and communication department of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.

Camilla takes over from our current Head of Communication Stine Nørgaard Lykkebo, who as an art historian will continue to write for Art Hub in other capacities. Camilla will join the small but strong team that constitutes Art Hub’s administration. As Head of Communication she will be responsible for Art Hub’s overall communication across all platforms, nationally as well as internationally.

Tine Fischer, acting director and chair of the Art Hub board:

“A key element of Art Hub’s role is to increase the visibility of younger contemporary artists in Denmark and ensure they have a voice in public debates, so we’re incredibly happy Camilla is joining the team. Camilla has extensive communication experience and an equally extensive knowledge of the arts industry, both of which make her the perfect candidate to continue Art Hub’s high level of professional and relevant communication.”

Camilla Jensen:

“Art Hub exists for artists, researchers, stakeholders, and everyone who is curious about contemporary art. I’m looking forward to joining the team and playing my part in bringing contemporary art to those who are already interested in the field – and hopefully encourage the curiosity of others.”
