Philipp Moritz Karweick ^(DE)

Philipp Moritz Karweick (b. 1989, DE) makes work using photography, sculpture & drawing. He has studied at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. He had solo and group exhibitions at venues including Bilker Bunker, Düsseldorf (2023), Palais des Beaux-Arts, Paris (2021), L21 Gallery, Palma (2020), Daniel Marzona Gallery, Berlin (2019) and UG – Museum Folkwang, Essen (2018).

In collaboration with the artist Vibe Overgaard, Philipp Moritz Karweick organise and curate of the annual event programme at Containerakademiet – A new studio-collective and occasional platform for public art-related events in Nordhavnen, Copenhagen.
