Silas Inoue ^(DK/JP)

Silas Inoue lives and works in Copenhagen and holds a MA in Visual Communication from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design. His artistic work is based on a characteristic approach to prevailing notions of ‘nature’ as the opposite of ‘human’. To him, these two concepts are inseparable.

In his practice, he studies the themes of globalization, dreams, and spirituality and works in both traditional and unconventional materials such as sugar, cooking oil, mold, and other living organisms.
