Adrien Houge is an astrophysicist holding a postdoctoral position in StarPlan at the Globe Institute at the University of Copenhagen. Since childhood, his curiosity has been driven by understanding how our beautiful planet Earth came to be from our chaotic Universe.
He channels this curiosity into his research, which is dedicated to the early stages of the formation of planets around newborn stars, during which little icy dust grains collide and grow into larger pebbles, setting the stage for the formation of habitable worlds.
Adrien Houge is taking part in the SPARK project Planetary Dust Machine in collaboration with artists Sonja Strange and Barbara Amalie Skovmand.
